Returns & Refunds policy

Cancellation Without Just Cause:

Clients have the option to cancel services without providing a valid reason. However, penalties will be applied based on the percentage of work completed, as recorded on the platform.

- Up to 25% completion: 60% refund of total payment.

- Between 25.01% and 50% completion: 40% refund of total payment.

- 75% or more completion: No refund entitlement.

Customized Services Acknowledgment:

Clients declare that all translation services requested through the Zetta marketplace are entirely customized and tailored according to their specifications and technical requirements. Clients acknowledge that these services are performed based on detailed guidelines they provide, and they recognize that Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, allowing withdrawal from certain contracts, does not apply.

Cancellation with Just Cause:

Clients have the right to cancel translation services for just cause within 7 business days from delivery. This cancellation requires a detailed explanation and is subject to Zetta's review and approval.

Refund Processing:

Subject to our Terms of Use, approved refunds will be issued within three (3) business days after Zetta's approval of the refund request.
