Clients don’t remember who translated. They remember who delayed the case.
One small detail in a translation is enough for the authority to send the application back with a request for more evidence, and for the case to stall for weeks. And you are the one explaining the delay to your client. Take the assessment and see where your operation is exposed.
Raízen, TozziniFreire, Visa360 and Alubar are among Zetta’s clients.

Applications don’t come back over big mistakes. They come back over details.
A name spelled differently, a date in the wrong format, a stamp left untranslated. And when the authority sends the application back, the one explaining the delay to the client is not the translator.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a cost for the assessment?
No. You answer, see the hours estimate right away and decide whether you want to talk to our team.
Does Zetta guarantee the application won’t be sent back?
No provider can guarantee an authority’s decision. What Zetta does is reduce the risk on the translation side: qualified translators, the right type of translation for each authority and a deadline set by you, all tracked on the platform.
What does Zetta do with my answers?
We use your answers only to prepare the conversation about your operation and to send content about documentation and immigration policy. Data is processed in accordance with data protection laws (GDPR and LGPD), and you can request deletion at any time at support@zettatranslate.com.
Do I need to replace my current translator?
No. You can start with demand peaks or with the languages your current translator doesn’t cover.
Is a sworn translation legally valid?
Yes, when it is done by a translator officially sworn in the country where the document will be used, such as Brazil, Germany, Italy or Spain. It is accepted in official proceedings, notary offices, government agencies, universities and international matters.
Which destinations does Zetta translate for?
We handle cases for the US, Canada, Germany, Italy, Spain and Brazil, among other destinations, with sworn, certified or technical translation according to each authority’s requirements.
Are my documents secure?
Yes. Documents are handled confidentially and can be covered by an NDA, depending on the needs of your company and operation.
Can companies hire Zetta for recurring work?
Yes. Zetta is a good fit for one-off requests and also for recurring translation workflows with predictability, control and standardization.
